I never liked givi...Casey was one of the good guys. I never liked giving up Santana for him, from day 1. I felt we could have gotten Casey or someone like him without trading Carlos.<br /><br />However, if we had to do it, Casey was a pretty good choice. He gave all he had every time and was/is certainly a professional player in all respects.<br /><br />I really dumped on Jeff Kent for dissing his young team mates publicly, stating they didn't know how to be professionals. Well help them then. They are the kids, you aren't. But, I digress. I didn't know that Casey, the antithesis of Jeff Kent as a team mate, was a good friend to Matt who needed one at that time. Good for Casey. <br /><br />Thanks Casey. Enjoy your retirement, family and pick up truck. I kind of think we might hear about Casey again.
